Production Manager – PCB Manufacturing
Job Description
  • Managing and developing production processes (building up all activities for achieving targets of yield, quality, delivery, and cost).
  • Improving processes to achieve the highest performance.
  • Managing and controlling supervisors and engineers in order to improve and develop operators, following company rules and maintaining attendance rates, including discipline and attitude.
  • Managing and controlling chemical handling under safety and environment procedures.
  • Managing and controlling quality systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949:2016) for production.
  • Managing production planning to improve and develop processes achieve KPI targets related to productivity.
  • Controlling the reduction of losses through processes.
  • Male, aged 35-45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Management experience of 5-10 years in the PCB business or automotive business.
  • Management experience from a private manufacturing company (employees greater than 500) in Thailand.
  • Good human relationship and coordination skills.
  • Good English language communication skills.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Japanese business style, including how to communicate with Japanese executives and Japanese managers.
  • Highly motivated and the ability to implement factory innovations and Kaizen.
