Brand Manager (Footwear) - Urgently Required

Position/Title          Brand Manager

Reports to:             General Manager 


Primary Purpose of the Role

  • Build and grow the brand to achieve the business targets including brand awareness, volume, spending and penetration.
  • Manage Top line, gross margins, sell though and stock on hand 


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Service

  • Manage the brand’s P&L and achieve all business KPI targets.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and market competition.
  • Lead  meetings to update cross-functional teams and management  on brand performance.
  • Lead strategic planning process based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and shopping experience at all distribution channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets and partners and develop action plans to improve business.


Branding and Communication

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to enhance the brand awareness, image and performance  Develop and maintain strong relationship with stores, principals, landlords, and other key business partners
    • Co-lead with Group Marketing/PR Managers in the development of PR/Marketing plan and communication to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement
    • managing brand guidelines to ensure all vendors and internal audiences follow them and update them as necessary
  • Conduct business review with both internal and external partners



  • Understand product knowledge and Key KPI performance.
  • Feature the right product at the right place and the right time through strategic allocation and timely replenishment.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, product testing, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
  • Produce competitive analysis materials periodically to compare product with its key competitors.

Retail Operations

  • Ensure compliance of brand distribution agreements, company policies and procedures, landlord and vendors regulations.
  • Maintain communication with stores. (i.e., promotions, newsletters, changes in policies and procedures, etc.)
  • Oversee store operations according to principal’s standard and submit reports to principal on time.


  • Network to find talents for the brand.
  • Develop staff through training and coaching.
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance.


Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinking, details and results oriented. Creative and proven the ability to multi-task
  • Highly organized and skillful to handle and complete multiple tasks within tight deadline
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the big picture
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Excellent in follow up and documentation skill. Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have sense of urgency and self-motivation
  • Work well with cross functional teams

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Male or Female and Thai Nationality only.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • At least 3 years' experience in Footwear Brand Management
  • Direct experience in  Footwear marketing management is preferable
  • Good command spoken in Thai and English
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office Excel (Advance), Word, Powerpoint
