Coordinate internal resource and third parties for the flawless execute of projects.
Ensure that all activities of project are delivered on-time within scope and budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitoring and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, trade off and risk management
Report and escalate to management as needed
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needed
Be able to identify risk and propose alternative solutions with proper information to project owner or management to make decision.
Scope coverage category: Alcohol/Water/Soda/Food with average 60-70 projects per year.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Statistics or Supply Chain related.
Age 28-35 years
Experience in field planning more than 2 years, preferably with Supply Planning and NPD management background
Relevant work experience in supply chain planning or FMCG.
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills, proficient in MS Excel and preferably SAP APO or IBP knowledge
Good Project Management Skill
Work well under time constraint
