Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes. Involves implementing environmental, quality, and safety policies, managing procurement, monitoring overtime, and optimizing production efficiency. This position will also participate in activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and AI-enhanced continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and ensure compliance with ISO standards

Job Description

• Implement environmental policies and operational regulations, including requirements of environmental management standards.

• Implement quality policies and operational regulations, including requirements of quality management standards.

• Implement occupational health and safety policies and operational regulations.

• Implement policies, operational regulations, and requirements related to ISO (International Standard Organization) standards

• Supervise and monitor overtime hours for the production department daily.

• Oversee, support, and manage the documentation process and the procurement of raw materials for the production department.

• Monitor, verify, and track expenses related to consumable costs and the ordering of tools, equipment, and company assets in the production department.

• Supervise, identify, plan, and implement activities to reduce costs and raw material expenses in production.

• Plan methods, prepare improvements, and establish operating procedures, including the requirements for ISO standards (International Standard Organization).

• Participate in various production promotion activities both inside and outside the department, such as Kaizen, QCC, and 5S.

• Through the integration of automation and AI-powered data analytics. Other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Specification

• Welcome New Graduation or 1-3 years of working experience in Production Improvement or Process Development.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or any related engineering field.

• Knowledge of optimization and improving production lines or assembly process engineering.

• Good command of English both spoken and written, able to communicate effectively.

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), standard Office applications, Foundational understanding of AI Agents or Generative AI.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.

• Energetic, high sense of responsibility, good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

• Having experience in the automotive business will be an advantage.
