Senior Facility Engineer (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily facility/utility system round inspection and making related records.
  • Be in charge of all the equipment maintenance/ repairing as well as other office facilities(including doors, windows, walls and floors etc.)  troubleshooting.
  • Execute energy conservation and emission reduction in order to reduce energy consumption and pollution discharge.
  • Be in charge of other miscellaneous and project reform works, all supervision management including budget making for utilities, contracting, and contract supervision and completion   
  • Comply with all engineering process and procedures.
  • Other tasks assigned from supervisor timely.
  • Responsible for performance review for subordinates on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Responsible for cross-department communication and coordination.
  • Implement SOP, work flow of engineering management and Document Management guidelines

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in Electrical, Mechanical Engineer/Low voltage or related fields.
  • At least 7 years working experience in facility (Electronics is preferred)
  • Familiar with maintenance of 115KVA substation equipment Familiar with NPS company process.
  • Working experience in a foreign company is a plus
  • Computer skills, include word, excel, power point, AutoCAD.
  • Patient, careful, supportive. Has strong team work spirit.
  • Strong sense of quality control and pursuit of “quality first”.
  • Have strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and decision making skills.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Able to work in new plant set up.
  • Able to work in 304IP (Prachinburi)
