Manager, HVAC

Main responsible for leading/supporting to overall construction and renovation for building and manufacturing process and related projects such as new support building office, new manufacturing plant, renovation existing plant, process re-layout, process utilities (Gasses, RO-DI water, cooling water, process room condition, air compressor, industrial exhaust system, electrical etc.), equipment modification/replacement, energy management, energy saving, earth planet CSR, automation project, reliability improvements, sustainable growth manufacturing and safety enhancements.

  • Overall  lead for development of each project and work closely with stakeholder to ensure proper planning and successful execution of all field implementation projects.
  • Executing various phases of the project life cycle while adhering to applicable related standard and compliance requirements.
  • Construction management, plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Establish transition work plan, technical or engineering designs proposal, term of reference (TOR) and details to field installation and related with PM requirement plan for successful field installation.
  • Provide and Develop the commissioning plan and procedure to validate the performance of the new equipment, system or process per the design intent and criteria required and knowledge transfer.
  • Develop preparation of necessary site specification installation drawings, details, specifications, BOMs or other documents necessary for quality, efficient with field of construction team.
  • Support with troubleshooting and problem solving as required to execute on time and budget.
  • Manages and enforce to a team staffs, vendors and subcontractor resource planning as necessary.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
  • Supervise preparation of cost estimates under related function.
  • Establish effective feedback loops with engineering, fabrication/shop, procurement and implementation teams to accurately predict production rates, costs and effectively execute installation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related technical discipline required.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience overseeing complex field installation activities, engineering design including leadership, construction management and supervision of a multi-disciplinary staff mix of engineers, fabrication and plant operation staffs.
  • Knowledge of related calculation design, building regulation standard, IEAT requirement, analysis and installation under solid and fluid, static and dynamic mechanical, electrical and civil engineering theory and standard.
  • Excellent task and project management skills
  • Strong negotiating and accountability tactics.
  • Professional mechanical or electrical engineering license would be advantage.
