Key responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training program tailored to various skill levels and departmental requirements.

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees, contractors, and business partners.

• Assess training needs through consultations with department managers and technical staff.

• Evaluate trainee performance and competency levels to ensure training objectives are met.

• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, video content and practical guides.

• Conduct workplace assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.

• Maintain and update training resources to reflect the latest technical developments and best practices.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

• Document training activities, outcomes and employee progress for compliance and development purposes.

• Provide ongoing technical support and coaching to reinforce learning in the workplace.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC Engineer, Technical Training, or workplace training programmers

• Proven expertise in developing and delivering training content for technical audiences.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in Thai and Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken)

• Experience with video production or multimedia training content creation (would be preferred)

• Must have an own car with driving license.

Working Day/Time: Monday - Friday / 08.00 – 17.00

Location of work: Onnuch 55/1, Bangkok
