OE Sales Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning for Overall OE Sales; To develop and execute sales strategies (included budget & target) In order to achieve AOP volume and GM% target
  • Overall OE Account Management; Ensuring all OE account being managed and the requirement is being complied to in term of delivery and quality.
  • Tactical Planning for OE Sales; To drive and motivate OE sales team in executing strategic plans In order to achieve AOP and S&OP commitments
  • Reporting that relate to OE Sales Business; Analyzing market situation and condition as well as competitor information and practices and reporting to local and regional leadership In order to maintain market competitiveness
  • Training for Internal & External that relate to OE; To operate & ensure all OE sales and technical associates are trained and coached incorrect sales process and in order to meet business targets, maintain a high-performing OE sales workforce
  • Associate Development for OE Sales Team; To operate, motivate, develop, supervise, and coach subordinates on tasks; advice on a problem-solving solution; monitor performance; evaluate, review, and propose subordinate performance evaluation, promotion, recognition, and competency assessment to ensure high-performance team-oriented, dedicate workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
  • Develop & Support Internal & External Function; In order to create opportunities for sales, sustain competitiveness, be a market leader according to the company's goal, policy, budget, and finish within time frame plan


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 10 years' work experience in a multicultural environment and with 3 years in managerial level
  • Good English communication skill both verbal & written
  • Good computer literature (excel, PowerPoint, word)
  • Strong Leadership, Presentation, Communication, and Negotiation Skill
  • Experience in Tire and Automotive is a plus
  • Exposure in dealing with senior level management from OEMs business operations, and Regional Reporting
