About the role

Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor (Electronic) Able to work in Shifts to join our manufacturing operations in Pathum Thani. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, safe and quality production of electronic components. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing team performance, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. This supervisory role is essential to our operational success and directly impacts our ability to deliver products to our customers on time and to specification. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple shifts as operational needs dictate.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned shifts, ensuring targets are met and production schedules are maintained

• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions to minimise defects and waste

• Manage and develop a team of production operators, providing training, guidance and performance feedback

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies on the production floor

• Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to maintain awareness of hazards and best practices

• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports and documentation as required

• Identify equipment maintenance needs and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise production downtime

• Communicate effectively with other departments including quality control, maintenance and planning to optimise production efficiency

• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs

• Respond promptly to production issues and implement solutions to resolve bottlenecks

What we're looking for

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment

• Strong knowledge of electronic component production processes, equipment and quality standards
