About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join Winchester Interconnect (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Navanakorn on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our financial accounting and reporting function, where you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the broader financial operations of our organisation. As a Finance Executive, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations whilst providing valuable insights to support management decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our financial health and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record daily accounts payable transactions for both local and overseas vendors accurately and timely in the accounting system.

• Review and verify import documents (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Customs Entry Form, and Duty Receipts) and assemble document packages for import AP recording.

• Check invoices, tax invoices, and receipts against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) notes to ensure full accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and organize AP document files, track payment due dates according to credit terms, and support treasury/payment processing.

• Validate input tax invoices, prepare monthly Input Tax Reports (VAT), and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations.

• Perform monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations, vendor statement reviews, and month-end AP aging analysis.

• Collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Logistics/Shipping, Warehouse, and other internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and workflow issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with direct exposure to Import/Overseas AP and customs documents.

• Strong understanding of local tax laws (VAT, Withholding Tax) and basic import/export accounting procedures.

• Proficiency in accounting software / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Express, or similar) and MS Excel.

• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good organizational abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
