Accounting Manager (Office Accounting)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing all areas related to account including general accounting, accounts payable, cash flow, taxation, fixed assets, and treasury etc.
  • Supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities, reviews the work of the accounting staffs to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner, provide training to accounting staffs as needed.
  • Supervise the month end, quarter end and year end close procedures, including review of journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis of results.
  • Provide financial reports such as financial statements, cash flow statements, and profit and loss report.
  • Perform analysis in the areas of cash flow and income & expense planning.
  • Prepare the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.
  • Prepare tax returns in a timely manner in accordance with applicable government deadlines.
  • Ensure accounting and financial compliance, accuracy of accounting system, tax planning & tax compliance and are timely submitted.
  • Support the external audit of the company’s financial statements, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor questions and requests.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support company goal, increase financial reporting accuracy and to develop and improve internal control


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Master’s Degree will be advantage.
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting, finance and taxation with minimum 5 years supervisory level experience in Accounting.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment / BOI company.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Oracle or SAP.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially those relating to accounting software.
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Auditing experience with Big 4 background or CPA license will be advantage
