Position: Public Relations Manager
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM)
The post holder’s main responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not
- writing and pitching press releases, comment pieces and other copy to
traditional and digital outlets
- coordinating interviews and managing spokesperson
- Actively develop and keep effective contact with relevant media contacts,
including journalists, bloggers, and influencers to maintain positive and
collaborative relationships and be the ‘go-to’ person for press trips.
- Arrange media trainingWork with the Programme Marketing Manager and
Director of Marketing to implement regional PR strategies to ensure a consistent
message is shared throughout all the channels.
To complete any other duties and responsibilities when requested, which are commensurate with this role.
Qualifications / Professional Training
Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience in journalism or media relations (in house or agency side)
