Accounting Payment Manager – Thailand/Cambodia/Laos

Duties : 

Thailand, Cambodia and Laos

  • To manage daily cash flow for Thailand, Cambodia,Laos and Myanmar
  • To check Journal Voucher relating to fund transfers
  • To check withholding tax transactions for supplier payments
  • To check transactions record on staffs reimbursement
  • To check payment transaction (batches and individual) for local and overseas suppliers
  • To control and monitor purchase due and undue VAT


  • To close monthly accounts and input data on HFM
  • To check transactions in Financial Statment
  • To check and post all transactions relating to AP, payment and Journal Voucher to GL
  • To interface invoice batch to general ledger
  • To prepare and input data all Journal Voucher
  • To prepare transaction of payment on cheque and Fund transfer
  • To check prepaid expenses 
  • To check unbilled revenue & WIP and accrued expenses
  • To reconcile Purchase VAT and Sale VAT
  • On assignment by Finance Director
  • Comply with company’s codes, rules and regulation
  • Comply with the SGS internal quality procedures
  • Train new employees and multi-skilled of existing employees as required by Finance Director

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 7 - 10 years experience in accounting.
  • Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Knowledge of taxation
  • Able to operate MS office
  • Good command of English
  • Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
