Digital Marketing and Acquisition Head (Consumer Loan Product)

Job Description;

Strategy and Planning

  • Plan and manage digital acquisition strategy for secured and unsecured lending products
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy/campaigns along with product managers for consumer lending business to achieve both short and long term goals in terms of market penetration, volume and impact

Business Performance and Management

  • Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to ensure achievement against business goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and actionable insights to optimize spends and performance of campaigns
  • Explore and implement new online or offline acquisition initiatives to support business growth
  • Manage relationship with digital agencies/vendors/Corp Comm, aggregators, affiliates or other partners to increase leads volume and quality
  • Liaise/work closely with related parties including Corp.Com/Mar.Com and vendor to revamp microsite to improve customer experience and set up web community for “Finance Advisor” and/or Re-finance theme
  • Develop an integrated marketing plan to launch campaigns via online channel for all lending products

People Management

  • Build and manage lead acquisition team to achieve the required KPI
  • Able to lead, coach and motivate the team
  • Set up goals and evaluate team member’s performance



  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Marketing, Communication, Adverising or related field
  • Mininum 7-10 years of work experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Good working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, Google Analytics etc.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices – demonstrated thought leadership
  • Highly creative with experience in indentifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and encourage audience
  • Experience building and presenting business cases to senior management
  • Highly motivated, committed and self-driven to deliver exceptional results
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate the team
  • Ability to lead and influence all levels across the organization
