Assistant Manager - Bancassurance Application and Services (Senior Developer)

Job Scope:

  • Developing new software or web applications and enhance existing online applications to straighten Bancassurance business objectives, create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured plan for modification and improvement our project.
  • Responsible for testing and evaluating the software applications and systems that make sure system successful for implement and compatible with computers function.
  • Encourage sales force to utilize all tools and provide guidance to maximize benefits of each tool and provide handbook and training for support sales team and all departments involved including team members e.g. PEGA, AXA Creditor, Sales Force, Claim Portal, RAMS, FSE Virtual, New Application, Web Online Service etc.
  • Provide reports and analysis of user access to each application and develop professional sales and also LB and tracking user access of each system e.g. PEGA, AXA Creditor, Sales Force, Claim Portal, RAMS, FSE Virtual, New Application, Web Online Service Ensure the delivered application align Bancassurance business agenda and implementation within timely fashion
  • Provide technical support to Banca users


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer science, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in website development or mobile
  • Having a process minded to understand concept of designing a business application e.g. MS SQLServer, C#,ASP.NET (MVC), Java Script, jQuery, Bootstrap, Crystal report and reporting service
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) on both concept and practice.
  • Proficiency with Service Oriented architectures and Host-to-Host integration such as Webservices, REST, RPC or other technology.
  • Knowledge or experience in Salesforce platform and integration with Salesforce’s Single-Sign-On web service is advantage.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Git source control is advantage.
  • A passion on learning new technology and application
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work both as a team and individual in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work upcountry and on the weekend when necessary
