Assistant Manager – Property & Casualty: Back-Office (50k+ & incentives) – URGENT
Our client that is a Global insurance company with offices in 44 countries and they focus on providing health insurance services in 4 major areas such as Assistance, Automotive, International health and Travel insurance. They are now seeking an Assistant Manager – Property and Casualty for Back-Office (Call Center) operations based in Bangkok.
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager for Property & Casualty, my client is looking for a dedicated, results driven and proactive individual with 5+ years’ experience of back office (call center) management in the automotive insurance portfolio for industrial and corporate clients. The incumbent will be responsible to develop, coach & manage the back-office staff, cascade KPI’s & review current SOP’s to optimize performance, recruit & onboard new recruits with local HR in lieu with the business strategy, review the organizational structure, set service standards with key clients and ensure the highest level of customer service provided to clients.
