SHE Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Managing environmental impact in a positive direction by monitoring and coordinating with the team to ensure all nonconformity are handled effectively.
  • ManagING SHE related communications with the community and the industrial estate.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of the Environmental Management Program to meet environmental targets and relevant legislations through the regular audits.
  • Managing and implementing Environmental assessment by cooperating with local communities to meet Environmental reward.
  • Conducting Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) preparation for new projects.
  • Training staff in identifying sustainability advantages in various day to day activities as well as new projects.
  • Being responsible for ensuring legal compliance with applicable Environmental regulation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Engineering and/or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working e.g. Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Experience being an advisor of project safety management.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Management System.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14000, OHSAS18000, ISO5000 management system.
  • Auditor’s certification of ISO14000, OHSAS18000.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to conduct SHE analysis.
  • Knowledge of HAZOP.
  • Environmental compliance.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
