Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and sustaining operation support of HR for the relevant HRIS modules (Personal, Compensation and benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance, Organization, Security, Authority of Approval)
  • Operate Payroll, provident fund, social security, and personal tax
  • Generate and summary all HR report
  • Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow
  • Identify, analyze and document business requirements across business functions with other user and software developer
  • Communicate with business partners, relevant departments or any others as assigned by direct superiors using data and process models to clarify and validate requirements
  • Educate users on training regarding daily issues
  • Manage performance management and other HR key initiatives
  • Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to a business unit or corporate function
  • Provide process improvement and assessment tools to assure consistency of Performance Management System


  • Age: 30 - 40 years old, Prefer Male
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant IT fields
  • More than 5 years in IT system related as project management project analyst or coordinator experience especially in manufacturing or multinational organization
  • Strong knowledge in HR functions, Employee data
  • Experience with analytical (visualization) software
  • Experience in Web Development, SQL Server, ASP.NET, including HR applications, Humantrix is desirable
  • Extensive experience in implementing an HR system, reporting system, data warehouse full life cycle technology upgrades, test strategy, planning and regression testing
  • Understand & experience of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills specially gathering client needs, creating & communicating solutions that are both employee and business oriented
