National Sales Manager - Real Estate Agent (Native English Speaker)

FazWaz is looking for an outstanding executive to oversee our growing national team of Real Estate Sales Agents across 6 major Thailand locations. At FazWaz you will collaborate with a diverse set of professionals to revolutionize the Thailand Real Estate landscape. Based out of the Bangkok head office, you will be the leader that will partner across FazWaz to develop and manage our team of top performing real estate agents nationwide. In this role you will build culture and community among Sales Managers and agents.

At FazWaz You Will:

  • Counsel, coach, and mentor Sales Managers and Sales Agents
  • Lead in the development and implementation of strategies and programs at the individual-, team- and organization-levels that foster an environment of continuous growth and professional development for Sales Managers and Agents
  • Act as a bridge between FazWaz Agents and staff to help fuel nationwide collaboration between them and provide senior leadership with the Agent’s view and market’s insight on key strategic decisions
  • Ensure the identification, sharing and implementation of Sales Managers and Agents best practices
  • Ensure that Agents are adhering to FazWaz values in their interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Manage key external real estate relationships
  • Help prepare regional succession plans and hire the next generation of Sales Agents based on FazWaz growth
  • Lead expansion nationally to new markets


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of management experience / regional sales team [>15 - 30 sales agents]
  • Proven track record to be able to hire, manage and retain top talent
  • Ability to empower teams to achieve their goals by effectively knocking down any roadblocks they face
  • Outstanding strategic planning and effective project management skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and approach
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Charisma and natural ability to connect with others / high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
