Demand Planning Manager

Job Description

  • Consolidate demand forecast from sales team in order to verify and finalize demand, then deliver to manufacturing plant for further process of supply products on weekly basis, in order to fulfill demand from market and reduce shortage
  • Control and suggest volume for production, to ensure that stock level should adequate for market in optimum level of inventory
  • Leading a S&OP meeting monthly, to review performance and project volume for production, this meeting is involved with Demand, Supply, Sale, and Marketing, to find solution for any constraints, such as, Supply constraints, NPD constraints, and Capacity constraints
  • Increase accuracy of forecast from current process, in order to improve production and stock efficiently.



  • Male/Female, age between 32-40 years old
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistic, Supply Chain or relevant field
  • Over 10 years experience in production planning demand planning in related business.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Good at math and statistics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, systematic thinking, analysis, and decision-making abilities
