Sales Manager

About job

  • Responsible for the acquisition of ZUZU Hospitality’s partners.
  • Achieve growth and hitting/exceeding the sales target.
  • Promote the Company and products
  • Understand the industry, identify opportunities and can develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to achieve the goal.
  • Effectively manage the pipeline to forecast to meet targets.
  • Build relationship with our clients


About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Business Administration/ Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as Sales/ Marketing is a must 
  • Experience in Business development role in startup industry, and change in hotel or travel industry as preferable
  • Thai nationality and must be fluent in English language.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels. 
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Energetic and passionate in sales, solid analytical skills and result-oriented. 
  • Proven persistence when facing challenging situations with a professional "can do" attitude.
  • Independent, positive and have ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Willingness to visit customers and work outside the office.
  • Phuket Based
