-Handling day-to-day incoming orders from overseas clients via email. Reviewing the orders to ensure corect prices, discounts, and product codes.
-Coordinate with the head of production on shipment deliver date.
-Assisting customers by providing them with marketing materials and POS items as needed.
-Working directly with Sales Director as well as the team on updates of information with regards to sales and product launch activities
-Maintain the showroom and product displays to ensure that the showroom and products are in perfect condition and are always ready for client’s visits.
-Assisting accountant in payment collections
-Attending business luncheon during client’s visit, occasionally.
