Customer Service and Operation Executive

Responsibilities

  • Finding a new partner for privileges
  • Offer privilege under client need
  • Privilege concierge on call
  • Butler on Car (Upon assignment)
  • Co-ordinate with driver
  • Monitor booking on service
  • Sending daily report and monthly report on 1st of every month to Manager
  • Solving problem following SOP
  • Assist Marketing team to issue proposal and other documents as per assignment
  • Handle email booking and supplier request
  • Co-ordinate with supplier for making reservations
  • Provide Morning brief / Afternoon brief to a team       

Qualifications needs

  • Male, age 22 - 35 years old
  • Computer skill; Microsoft Word and Excel  
  • English language
  • Experience in Airline Operation
  • Solving problem skill
  • Handle job assign to complete in Time
  • Handle reservation call skill
