Business Development Manager


  • Seeking new opportunities / new customer / new business to support company jumping growth 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • To expand and take care of sales target in assigned areas.
  • Co-operating with agents to achieve sales target.
  • Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with clients
  • To process with other matters as assigned by supervisor.


  • At least 8 years’ experience in the building industry 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command in English and computer-literate
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation communication skills
  • Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination commitment to deliver results
  • No constraint in job mobility
