Oracle e-Business Suite Technical Developer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical & analytical supports to analyse, design, develop & implement the fixes or enhancements of the custom ORACLE Supply Chain Management systems mainly on Material Planning, Capacity Planning and Production Planning functions.
  • Prepare technical design documentations per SDLC requirements
  • Ensure the applications are developed, maintained & supported in a way that complies with standard SDLC development
  • Technically support the information requirements of the Supply Chain Management functions and their related activities through the use of application software.
  • Technically troubleshoot application and system problems & constantly work towards improving existing systems to improve efficiency in the supply chain management
  • Work with functionals to address, troubleshoot & develop the patches, fixes & enhancements for systems performance improvement & fine-tuning
  • Work with functionals for UAT supports & end user trainings
  • Technically support In-House Applications as well as Oracle related matter

Qualifications

REQUIRED:   

General requirements:
  • The appointee will support IT activities as the Asia operations & will be stationed in Thailand.
  • At least 1 year of experience of end-to-end implementation in Oracle Applications is mandatory.
  • Strong analytic, problem resolution & communication skills
  • Understanding fundamentals of ORACLE EBS schemas
  • Highly motivated, self-driven & working as a team
  • Able to work in flexible hours
  • Able to travel overseas (occasionally)
  • Required to travel between sites for project implementation.

Value added requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in ORACLE EBS technical development using below tools:
    • PL/SQL, SQL *Plus, SQL Loader & Forms
    • Knowing below will be plus advantage:
      • OAF
      • Oracle Cloud ERP system, Oracle Integration Cloud framework
  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience in below ORACLE modules:
    • INV, BOM, PO
    • Knowing below will be plus advantage:
      • MPS / MRP
      • ASCP / VCP
Educational Qualifications:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
