Accounts Analyst

Reporting to: Finance and Accounting Manager

Purpose and Scope of the role: To support Finance and Accounting for Resource Center Bangkok office and Corporate office

Responsibilities

  • Process all supplier invoices for Resource Center Bangkok Office (Main Responsibilities) and Corporate office. This includes both (electronic pdf and manual scanning of hard copy invoices received via mail)
  • Monitor Supplier outstanding invoices. Follow up with invoice coder/approver to ensure supplier payment terms are met.
  • Promptly attend and respond to supplier queries regarding outstanding invoices & payment information (phone & emails). Escalate to Finance Manager if necessary.
  • Reconciliation balance sheet account.
  • Issue SLA invoices to intercompany customers.
  • Perform recharge invoices and supporting documents to intercompany customers
  • Perform AR clearing from customer payment
  • Perform month end closing activities for RCB including Accrual, Prepaid, amortization, depreciation
  • Perform monthly BOFC report for BKK office and Norwegian companies.
  • Prepare draft Financial statement
  • Prepare VAT, withholding tax report and submit to revenue department
  • Support to Internal and external Auditors
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2-5 years’ experience.
  • Strong proficiency with global ERP systems SAP (BOFC). 
  • Attention to detail & accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility to working hours.
  • PC Proficiency – Basic MS office skills.
  • English on a business level.
  • Knowledge and experience in Account Payable and General accounting
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail is required
  • Mapping accounting process to support process improvement.
