Sales Engineer

 Job Description 

  • Align and implement business strategies for industrial products sales to meet or exceed sales budget.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from identification/lead generation to prospecting through closing the sale.
  • Write sales proposals in a clear, concise and effective manner; understand costs and scheduling of resources necessary to achieve sales goals.
  • Create and deliver presentations to customers and prospects about the assigned products and address specific goals of the presentation.
  • Negotiate business terms and conditions such as prices, costs, delivery and specifications, and close sales.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing clients with quotations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, look for new clients, act as a contact between the Company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Prepare sales reports, lead periodic meetings on the progress sales opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Keep current with technology of the assigned products.
  • Gather market and customer information, feed future buying trends back to the Company.
  • Support the Company’s trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations; participate in forthcoming products’ marketing and market sales promotion.


  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 2-3 years of industrial sales experience
  • Experience working within an MNC environment
