Role and Responsibilities:
a) To implement the project communication plans including the document control for various EPC projects under instruction of the document controller.
b) To maintain the document databases for each project according to the document filing / numbering system.
c) To check that documents are in order in terms of document title, document no., revision no., description and issue status.
d) To report progress and status of document issue for the projects.
e) To communicate with all relevant parties (clients, vendors and sub-contractors) for document transmittal and receipts.
f) To manage all the kinds of documentation and filing
Experiences and skills for MS excel, database software, MS office and PDF edit software.
Capable to communicate in English.
