Outbound CS Manager/ผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์

1.manage and organize the assignment of CS Team to complete on time with efficiency for the customers.    

2.Assign the job to my staff under the concept “ Put the right man on the right job”.The guidance is shared to staff so they are able to operate their job with the completeness.Moreover, an interpersonal skill is trained to cs team with the purpose to cooperate with other department


3.Make booking 


4.Pick up the phone try to sovle the problem for cs and other department.  

5.Coperate with other departments (SALE,OPERATION,DUCUMENT) to run the work smoothly.   

6.Coperate between customer depot and terminal bkk lcb .When customer can not rtn container.and make document try to sovle the problem.  

7.Control a location for every service.  

8.Make weekly report.  

9.Check weekly data for customer retune empty container,calculate the correct return empty charge.And sent back to finance,operation,sales team for issue debit note to customer
