Call Center Supervisor/Team Leader

Job Descriptions: 

- Manage customer service team

- Monitor team performance and productivity

- Create action plan and forecast team performance 

- Do weekly and monthly report and presentation

- Manage shift and roster of the team

- Other tasks as assigned 


- At least 1-2 years direct experiences as team leader or supervisor in related field 

- Able to work in shift 24/7 is highly a plus

- Good English communication skill 

- Management and supervisory skill 

- Flexible and open-minded

- Able to work in shift is an advantage

- An immediate starter is preferred
