Provides functional direction to hotel sales and marketing staff within Hotels to optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of marketing and sales plans and strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for room nights, drive incremental revenues.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Hotel Management, or related major; 3 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and English
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Good presentation and influencing skills
Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
