Sales Manager – Wholesale & Leisure

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Targeting new business opportunities in the wholesale & leisure segment including catering, events, parties, celebration, meeting and banquet, etc.
  • Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production for wholesale and leisure accounts.
  • Develop increased room nights as well as banquet and related revenue, etc.
  • Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research.
  • Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
  • Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
  • Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
  • Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
  • Work to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
  • Interact everyday with Sales team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
  • Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
  • Represent organization hospitality, clubs and hotel professionally always.
  • Inform and report to Assistant Director of Sales and Executive General Manager of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Working experience in wholesale & leisure segment and related as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager at least 3 - 5 years.
  • Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
  • International hotel experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work flexible days/hours to meet all activities
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office – Word / Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Thai national
