Customer Service Officer


  • Male or Female, age between 20-35 yeas
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Good command in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
  • Good in analytical skill, can work under pressure and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge about import and export will be advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Previous experience is preferable, but a background in administration may be acceptable.
  • Strong administrative skills and is very organized.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.ngerous goods training is desirable.
  •  Knowledge or experience in the following areas is desirable: air, road or ocean movements, security training, such as Aviation Security, customs documentation and procedures, warehouse, office and transport procedures, shipping and flight schedules, freight tariffs and rates, ability to raise and complete documentation
  • Knowledge or experience in BOI is preferable and have a skill to contact with government officer.
  • Good numeric skills are required.
  • Someone who is well organized and is able to deal with heavy workloads would enjoy this fulfilling role.


  • Manage the Export, EDI, Paperless and ensure compliance with Thai and Foreign government laws
  • Oversea the completion of paperwork required for import process.
  • Serve as a liaison between Document Processing and customer regarding all shipment details
  • Coordinate with sales and operation department indeed to advise. Serve customer needs.
  • Other assignment by leader
