We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales representative to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
■ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships (Both new & existing clients) by quality checks and other follow-up ; this includes cold calling, generating leads via social media or other online channels, events, trade fairs or any other relevant source of getting in touch with potential new clients
■ Development of potential up-selling possibilities
■ Support the management team in collecting information from the client for promotion briefing and further up-selling opportunities
■ Actively participate in (sales team) meeting(s) and brainstorming sessions with colleagues and management team
■ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, Prepare presentations, and proposals
■ Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of sales to be made
■ Reach out to customer leads, follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
■ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
■ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
■ Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports, prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
■ Supply the management team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
■ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
■ Continuously improve through feedback
