Financial Analyst

Role and Responsibility

  • Prepare and submit all regular management reports
  • Provide timely and accurately analysis on monthly, quarterly, yearly business performance
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Estimates, Quarterly Operating Reviews, Annual Operating Plan on time
  • (Actual, Estimate/Forecast and Operating Plan) to internal and regional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (Other finance functions, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Business functions) to prepare required company-wide reports and analyses
  • Co-ordinate with Business Service Organization and Business Finance team for pricing initiative to cover the cost dynamic and safeguard margin
  • Actively involved in portfolio reviews to facilitate priority setting
  • Drive Maxing the Mix continuous effort to ensure a sustainable business model is in place e.g. Signature Products

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the area of Business Finance and/or FP&A
  • Manufacturing Background
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data and information
  • Strong communication skills (at all levels in the organization), both written and verbal
  • Business knowledge
  • Strategic thinking mindset with ability to drive change
  • Proactive and assertive
  • Flexible and responsible for meeting deadlines
