People Generalist Executive

As a member of an innovative, motivated and talented team, you will be responsible for supporting the People Operations of our Thai office and finding great candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all they do. We need our People Generalist Executive to be passionate about supporting and connecting with people and identifying their strengths in order to find the perfect candidates for StoreHub.


As a People Generalist Executive, you're responsible for finding the right people who will contribute to a culture and environment that StoreHub greatly values, while making sure those values are carried on as we rapidly grow and scale. The work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. You have strong interpersonal skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, collaborative work ethic, and an excellent ability to see the potential in people. You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't). What we're after is someone with a curious mind and a passion for improvement.

For this position, you will be reporting directly to the People Generalist in Thailand.


What you will do:

  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Update job descriptions and job specifications when necessary
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Support the team and execute the on-boarding of new employees in Thailand to ensure consistency with the entire company
  • Advice on activities ideas that help foster and preserve StoreHub's values and culture
  • Assist to carry out the learning and development of our employees in Thailand
  • Help monitoring and applying HR best practices
  • Prepare documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Help promoting company's reputation as "best place to work"

You will need:

  • Proven work experience of at least 1-2 years as a People Generalist with a special focus on Recruitment, employee relations and employee on-boarding
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, face-to-face interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of Thai and English
  • Strong decision-making skills
