Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About Client

Our client is the world's leading security solutions company that operates worldwide with more than 60,000 employees. Currently, they are looking for Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to manage and be an important role of the finance team and report to the Country Finance Manager. The person will play an integral part to manage and prepare financial and business reporting, analysis and forecasting.

  • Manage and formulate 3-5 years strategic plan together with business management
  • Consolidate and send weekly forecast for all business lines
  • Manage budget, forecast and asses management risks
  • Manage the weekly/ monthly reporting deck for regional/ Group review
  • Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives
  • Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields (CPA, Master’s Degree preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experiences working in Finance & Accounting in an international company
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate/ strategic planning or finance role
  • Demonstrated success in financial modelling and analysis
  • Experience with business and financial planning functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning, complex analysis and reporting, acquisitions (preferred) and resource allocation processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
