Job Description:

  • Develop sales strategy for the sales team and focus on growing the business new and existing customers
  • Monitoring overall sales volume as well as education market trends and competitors.
  • Identifying customer needs and required business solutions, and lead sales efforts accordingly
  • Following up on new business opportunities and maintaining strong business relations with existing clients and partners.
  • Work with Marketing and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy to maximize sales, profitability and customer service
  • Good relationship with school partners, and teacher


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administrative or related field
  • Strong sales and marketing background with 5 - 7 years of experienced
  • Able to create sell strategy, and familiar to manage big team
  • Good command in English
