Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead significant units, departments or operations of a total organization.
  • Analyze competitor SWOT and focus on real estate trend by monitoring consumer behavior, predicting competitor direction, maintaining comprehensive and current understanding of competition.
  • Participate on the CEO-led team that creates the organization's overall vision, mission, values, beliefs, and strategic goals.
  • Lead team to achieve revenue target both new and existing project including acquiring new project and partners and negotiating the agreements. Also working closely  to guide, direct and evaluate the work of other executive leaders, including directors and managers.
  • Formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of a team's business or its area of functional responsibility, such as developing a strategic marketing plan with management oversight that will maximize company revenue, project transferred and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans.
  • Evaluate the success of the organization. Does the organization achieve the overall success that was budgeted for, planned for, and aimed to accomplish? If not, why not? If not, The VP addresses how to get the organization back on track.
  • Maintain awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Be aware of any opportunities the organization can leverage and pursue for its advantage.
  • Work closely with legal team to ensure lease documentation will protect the company's investment as well as work with finance team to ensure all requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years managerial experience in high rise residential development and property business development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team management with strong negotiation skill.
  • Experience working in residential development are required.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills including the ability to successfully motivate and influence effectively across team.
  • Ability to problem solve and make strategic decisions; ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations and assignments.
  • Excellent business acumen, presentation and communication skills.
