Customer Clearance Assistant Manager - สาขาแหลมฉบัง

Job Description : 

  • Handle the day to day customs clearance operations of the department
  • Maintain proactive inter-departmental coordination, in order to process the shipments on time.
  • Customer service - Attend and reply to client queries and proactively update them on the status of their shipments.
  • Proper co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Transporters, customs, and Customers for timely collection and dispatch of shipments.
  • Ensure that all relevant systems are used correctly for all jobs/shipments, all jobs are invoiced and closed within the specified time frame.
  • Solve the problem for customer and operation matters.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the overseas agent for a special matter.
  • To control staff to handle their job.
  • To interface with customers, subcontractors, customs for a big problem.
  • To answer mail and follow up requirements from customers and overseas agents.
  • Coordinate with HQ or another branch in Thailand.
  • Other duties as further assignments.

Qualification : 

  • Age 30 years old up.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistic management or related.
  • Over 5 years of Customer Clearance and over 3 years of management.
  • Have licensed Customs Specialist
  • Excellent in team building
  • Ability to analyze and effectively solve problems
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience in air and ocean freight
