Working at Nava Nakorn Branch

Job Description :

  • To responsible all Overseas & Domestic Import & Export documentation and clearance for processing at Port & Airport Cocerned including FZ's Customs ,Customs clearance at Nava Customs House including customs clearance process necessary documents by contacting with units concerned such as Shipping Line Agent or Airline, expenses all concerned including delivery the merchandises to customers.
  • To verify import & Export data and documents we received in order to ensure that our document making are accurate and complete according to customs rules & regulations,if not we will inform customer or vendor to make revision.
  • To categorize Customs formalities and Customs Tariff No and then draft customs declaration form to pass it to checker for verifying the accuracy of documents both customs tariff number and duty rates.
  • After getting approved from Checker, Pic will input import/Export data to paperless system for getting customs declaration form's approval from Customs Deparment.
  • After having received the approval from Customs Department, PIC will distribute import docs set delivery schedule to:- 
    • Navision's PIC - To prepare expenses for delivery process.
    • FZ's Customs clearance Team - To plan and do customs inspection process.
    • Tranport Team -  To plan trucking and delivery process.
    • Warehouse Team - To plan and do Take in/Out and location process.
  • To ensure our shipment arrives at / dispatch from our Free Zone according to our customer's schedule by checking with responsible units concerned under all item stated above.
  • When customs clearance has done, PC will have to follow import entry form with completed status (0409) from Customs Department and pass it to Billing staff for Debit Note.

Qualification

  • Male or Female
  • 21-35 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Knowledge in Import or Export 2-3 years experience in logistics function.
  • Able to input PPL system.
  • Have basic knowledge in customs function.
  • Fair command of both written and spoken English
  • Familiar with PC
  • Able to stay and work at Nava Nakorn Branch
