Freight Forwarding Operation Customer Service

Job Descriptions：
Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure.
Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries.
Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents, and follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner.
Responding to customer inquiries, handling relevant complaints, and providing solutions to customers.
Monitor payment to suppliers and receivables from overseas branches, and customers.
Provide suggestions with supporting analysis to management to improve the operation process.
Job Requirements：
Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
At least 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping line.
Required languages: Mandarin, English, Thai
Candidate must have strong communication skills, good at solving problems and providing solutions.
Candidate must be able to pay attention to details and be proactive.
