Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager/ผู้จัดการสาขา / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการสาขา


Lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service, meet operational standard, and achieve sales target on daily, monthly, and yearly targets. You will also be expected to working closely with HQ team to ensure all necessary support and trainings needed to build high performing team and to reach business goals. 


    •         Drive sales result on a daily basis.
    •         Be personally implicated during strong activities period on ground (sell personally)
    •         Follow and be interested in evolution of perfumes and cosmetics market & update team on the new trend and change in demand.
    •         Minimize shrinkage and control overhead costs. 
  •       SERVICE
    •         Be the role model for great customer service.
    •         Fully embrace Sephora Attitude (service approach) and can develop staff accordingly
    •         Know Sephora Vision and cultivate service oriented culture. 
    •         Know total Sephora’s customer profile as well as own store profile.
    •         Develop team’s understanding of the store’s customer profile and implication on service approach.
    •         Provide feedback to HQ on specific demand or requirements of customers in order to improve customer service. 
    •         Participate in recruitment process led by retail operation lead.
    •         Ensure new staff are well integrated and integration plan is well followed through with supported from all staff involved.
    •         Validate new staff performance personally with HR
    •         Provide timely and comprehensively performance review of each  staff twice a year and lead regularly individual review.
    •         Define objectives and training plans for the store staff. Put those plans into place
    •         Effectively Manage rostering with the support of ASM
    •         Inform and animate the team with briefing every day and regular meetings
    •         Consistently on floor to ensure staff productivity
    •         Manage personnel sanction in accordance with HR
    •         Maximize team morale for best performance
    •         Minimize absenteeism  rate (Exclude maternity leave) 
    •         Ensure accurate set up and display of store animation
    •         Work hand in hand with Merchandising & VM HQ team to ensure optimum display and zoning.
    •         Develop team’s understanding of VM guideline.
    •         Ensure regular maintenance and report any critical issues to retail operation lead.  
    •         Ensure SMT team’s understanding of stock management requirements.
    •         Collaborate with Supply Chain team to ensure targeted level of OSA as well as the right stock quality.
    •         Provide timely feedback on change in demand to SC team for fast reaction.
    •         Fight against stealing, put plans against it into action: control process
    •         Organise inventory, follow and explain gaps 
    •         Ensure full understanding of audit process and ensure a follow through of all items.
    •      Respect “personnel management” procedure.
