Administrative Officer (English required)

Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with company's Directors to implement HR and administrative projects and processes
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Preparing invoices, handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate visa, immigration, labor permit of expats.
  • Coordinate HR related process (interview schedule, offer letters)
  • Making travel arrangements for team members.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Possess 2-8 years’ experience in Admin, HR or similar role.
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage.
  • Passion for excellence, attention to details
