HRIS Manager - Amatanakorn


  • Maintain up-to-date user system documentation and assists with training material
  • Business skills specifically gathering client need, creating & communication solutions that are both employee and business oriented

Responsibilities : 

  • Extensive experience in implementing an HR systems, reporting system, data warehouse full life cycle technology upgrades test strategy, planning and regression testing
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics that’s concern HRIS
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.
  • Coordinate with HR cross functional team to support all issue that’s concern
  • Possess experience to handle the Regional’s Project
  • Compile and support annual SOX risk assessment
  • Monitor and responsible for SAP(Employee Central) for transactions entry and take corrective action if problem arise


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher Computer Engineering, IT Technology or related field
  • At least 5 year of experience in HR Information System, Database and related field with multinational working environment
  • Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned areas
  • Good command in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees: management, and executives
  • Good in computer skills i.e. MS Office Excel and MS SharePoint etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Work independently and complete assignments within parameters
  • An active and fast with analytical, strategic thinking with energetic passion to success
