Brand Manager (MARVIS toothpaste)

Currently, we are looking for Brand Manager to join our team. This role is viewed as “the brand custodian” for the team to take care of responsible brands, to ensure that they grow smoothly according to planned direction and to provide a helping hand when struggles occur during the journey. As a Brand Manager, you will

  • Clearly comprehend consumer insight, market insight, market trend by market data analysis, consumer research and metrics review (sales volume/ market share/ profit projections/ pricing/ distribution etc.)
  • Analyze how brand is positioned in the market and get targeted consumer insights
  • Hold brand ownership, propose brand vision, mission, goal, strategy and translate brand tactic into brand plan, brand positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with Brand Development team to provide researched evidence to craft sales-marketing activities and implementation initiatives to strengthen marketing strategies and developmental growth of accountable portfolio
  • Be responsible for overall brand management and operation: execute designed plan and evaluate activity effectiveness covering competitor analysis, and sales plan review to understand situation,market demand, adjust sales strategy for objective achievement and recommend timely appropriate course of action
  • Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure alignment of brand strategy and consistency of sales-marketing accomplishment
  • Brainstorm new ideas with the team to foster mutual continuous learning and innovative problem solving

This role requires:

  • Experience in Brand Management/ Product Development/ Marketing within retail business
  • Ability to lead and direct personnel sales-marketing for success
  • Strong passion to dedicate for management of unique brands
  • Great sensitivity in market and consumer dynamics
  • Business, entrepreneurial and progressive spirit
  • Good personality, mature, highly self-motivated, ambitious and well-organized with strong interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, initiative, strive for betterment
  • Ability to work both in the team condition and independently
  • English skills (Speaking and Writing) with computer literacy
