Digital Marketing Specialist 1 position (1 year contract)

  • Own all aspects of performance marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term performance target and build a foundation for long-term growth.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of marketing experiments across channels to increase traffic, optimize conversion, and achieve revenue target.
  • Run marketing campaigns and other performance initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, drive execution of the campaign through to completion, track results and communicate the findings to leadership and relevant teams.
  • Leverage a behavioral marketing approach to identify, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire new customers and drive incremental sales.
  • Use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel.
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Manage and drive continuous improvement of day-to-day performance management and reporting.
  • Manage, monitor and communicate performance on an ongoing basis to the Group CEO.
  • Channel Distribution : Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, Website and other media platforms

Social Media Marketing 1 position (1 year contract)

  • Writing, editing and proofreading content on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Website
  • Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Build a following on social media.
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
  • Recruit/ Screen External Content Agency to work with.
  • Align Content Strategy with Digital Strategy
  • Develop and align Content Strategies across all Digital & Social Media Channels by working with related parties, corporate marketing communications team, and agencies i.e. for Website, Social Media (to drive engagement), and for Online Acquisition (to drive traffic to Website and increase leads)
  • Develop Content Marketing Campaigns such as Personalized Communications for both Website (via Marketing Automation) and Online Acquisition (by Segment/Product)
  • Analyze performance and give suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness
  •  Influencer Marketing Campaign / Creative Campaign

Project Coordinator 1 position (1 year contract)

  • Execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including web, social media, print and partnerships
  • Supporting the overall marketing plan, social media activities and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Creating and managing mailing lists.
  • Handling product and service launches.
  • Editing marketing material.
  • Researching market trends.
  • Identifying and engaging with vendors.
  • Coordinating online marketing activities.
  • LINE Platform Execution : LINE OA / LINE BCRM
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
  • Manage day-to-day duties including:
    • Circulation, audience & client relationships
    • Sales support such as marketing materials & presentations
    • Tracking and analysis of traffic & campaigns
    • Execute Online Activations
