Identify customers requirement, follow-up competition and supervise implementation of sales strategy, plans and budgets, in order to develop sales and gain market share on target contribution.
Evaluate potential of market expansion, coordinate with Technical Dept to identify products development and transfer technology from Group that able to satisfy customers, in order to develop sales and gain market share
Create, develop and maintain relation with clients, assess suitability of company product line and modification needs, prepare specification with Technical Dept support, coordinate modification work and test with Technical Dept, organize trials, identify problems and suggest measures, in order to answer clients requirement.
Receive and evaluate complaints, assist clients in solving problems, liaise with Technical Dept and Group to address serious issues
- Bachelor scientific degree in chemistry or related field with
- A minimum of 5 years experience in coatings business.
- Excellent interpersonal/effective communication skill, team spirit and customer oriented.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer knowledge.
