Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a challenging environment, can provide financial expertise in reporting and analysing data and is driven by a genuine desire to challenge the status quo on how we can improve on efficiencies and effectiveness.

Highlights:

  • Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles and manage the reporting process
  • Perform monthly financial analysis to evaluate company's finance performance
  • Provide support for any FP&A related tasks or projects, including process improvement

Your days and weeks will be filled with:

  • Coordinate inter/ intra company forecasting and budgeting requirements;
  • Develop required standard budget templates to ensure all the requirements of the company are met;
  • Complete company and month end reporting;
  • Prepare insightful analysis of actual results vs. budget and prior year from various perspectives (countries/product/sales channel);
  • Ensure “one source of truth” for all reports
  • Monitor business changes (including projects, new business unit set up, changing in local legislation; and changing in company structure, etc.).

To be in the running for this dream role you will need:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent;
  • With a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Hands-on experience handling high volume of data;
  • Possess strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, OTAs or e-Commerce sectors will be an advantage;
  • Be able to collaborate with a diverse range of cultures with strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • CA/CPA designation (or equivalent) desirable; and
  • Fluent in Thai language and English, Chinese speaking would be a plus.
  • Be able to make thoughtful decisions in a timely manner, often within tight deadlines;
  • High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills;
