Corporate Legal Junior/Consultant

Current skills and credentials:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or in the process of obtaining Law Degree);
  • Having experience in areas involving Corporate Legal field, preferably with an international law firm;
  • Very good command in English speaking, reading and writing (e.g., TOEIC score higher than 600);
  • Proactive, service-minded, empathetic to clients’ needs, and good communication & listening skills; and,
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, while able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Having or aspiring to obtain Notarial Services Attorney Certificate is a plus.

 

Job Description:      

  • Providing advice to our foreign and local clients of all legal compliance for doing business in Thailand based on various types of business;
  • Assisting clients in setting up companies, application for BOI privileges, Foreign Business License, Treaty of Amity and other necessary licenses;
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, such as: loan agreements, service contracts, share transfer agreements, secondment agreements, and various legal documents (e.g., legal notice and power of attorney);
  • All company secretarial work (e.g., minutes of meetings, maintaining and updating share register book and share certificates, registration for a change of company’s information); and,
  • Attending meetings, networking events, presentation events, and effectively managing emails and other written correspondences with clients.
