Business Change & Readiness Lead

Purpose of the Role

To conduct a business change and impact assessment and create and implement a communications and change plan to support the project. For a duration of 2 months.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Define Change strategy in Line with PPM
  • Define Communications strategy
  • Define Training Strategy
  • Identify Key Changes and Impacts
  • Create and Manage BCR Plan incl. Change, Communications and Training
  • Create & Distribute Coms
  • Define business and application roles
  • Complete training needs analysis
  • Identify and Manage Key Stakeholders

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 Years+ experience of successful Business Change & Readiness implementation projects
  • Flexible, quick thinking, detailed methodology, able to work without supervision, able to implement
